Because moms need movement and connection too! Join Katie Fabrico for the "FAB Mommy and Me Postnatal Sculpt Class." Enjoy this low impact workout focused on strengthening your core and pelvic floor, get practical nutrition tips, and build your village—all while your baby joins you! The workout is followed by a fun storytime/sensory activity for baby and post workout chat with other moms. Fitness, friendship, and reading fun in one uplifting class!
